Security

- All of our records will be stored in compliance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Payment
- NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES only accepts payment via bank transfer, credit or debit card.
- The total sum due is payable to NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES at the time of booking.
- Where payment is not received in accordance with these terms and conditions of business, NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES reserves the right not to proceed with any previously agreed arrangements.
Cancellations
- All bookings cancelled within 24 hours will be payable in full.
- In the event of cancellations that are notified more than 24 hours before the start of the booking, all fees will be refunded.
- NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES reserves the right to cancel any booking in the event of the walk not being in the interest of the dog’s welfare – e.g, injury or extreme weather. NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES will offer flexibility regarding such cancellations when possible, and will attempt to reschedule cancelled bookings.
Insurance
- All dogs in our care will receive the utmost care and attention.
- NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES is DBS checked and fully insured for public liability by Protectivity for the peace of mind of its clients, however clients are responsible for the individual insurance of their own dogs.
- It is the client’s responsibility to fully disclose any quality or characteristic which might make your dog not suitable for walking, including any behavioural or health problems, or antisocial behaviour including aggression.
- The insurance only covers NEW FOREST SPANIEL ADVENTURES for the duration of the selected service, and only for services agreed.
